Today my friend traders and I looked at a massive selloff which we have been calling for since we hit 87.50$ on the S&P or 876$ on the $SPX. The rally in the last few weeks had no consolidation and the volume dried up leading into that strong resistance, which provided a great shorting opportunity. We took quite a bit of profits today as the market sold off too quick and the bulls did not get a chance to have a go at it yet. A small bounce tomorrow is likely as we ended on strong support levels, though if broken, we do look at other potential support levels. For calculating the trend of the stocks you need to apply so many parameters. Basically you need the historical data and you need to work on that to predict the market or analyze the trend of the market. you can analyze the market trend on the basis of the fundamental news.
